I called today and 30 min later the lock was fixed, Great service and the technician was friendly. He fixed the front door lock that became damaged because the cold weather and also replaced the bedroom lock that stop working long time ago and now both of the locks working great. I highly recommend Lock & Doors Denver and the price was very reasonable as well.
